1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Pixel Passport, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use Pixel Passport for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on Pixel Passport
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of any photos and content you upload to Pixel Passport. By uploading content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our service.

You are solely responsible for your content and the consequences of posting or publishing it. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to all content you upload.

5. Subscription and Payment

Pixel Passport offers both free and premium subscription plans. Premium subscriptions are billed on a one-time payment basis.

• Free tier users are limited to 10 regions for photo uploads
• Premium users have unlimited region uploads
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Pixel Passport:

• In any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• To transmit any malicious code or viruses
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate another user
• To engage in any automated use of the system
• To upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

8. Disclaimer

The materials on Pixel Passport are provided on an 'as is' basis. Pixel Passport makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Pixel Passport or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Pixel Passport, even if Pixel Passport or a Pixel Passport authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
